My Story

I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) when I was 26. Prior to that, I was a college athlete and worked at a sports camp for the previous five years leading a very active lifestyle.  There were a lot of ups and downs over a number of years, but the journey to regaining my health taught me to pay more attention to my body. Through this journey, I learned that emotions, foods, environmental toxins, and stress all impact my health.

After regaining my health from RA, I spent the next 11 years living a very happy and vibrant life, using all I learned and putting it into practice daily.   In 2016, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease.  Between the Lyme, RA and other co-infections, my body was overwhelmed.  I was crippled to the point of barely getting out of bed to use the bathroom facilities.  I had a lot of ups and downs with a number of practitioners until I finally came under the care of Dr. Clark.  The improvements were immediately noticeable and I continue to get better every day.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health Education in 1996 and a I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.  I have worked as a Health Coach and Nutrition Educator since 2012.  It’s my own personal health journey that led me to health coaching and to working with Dr. Clark.

I’m excited to offer my expertise as a health coach, as well as, my experience as a patient. The combination of my experiences help to support my clients in creating and living a healthy and vibrant life.

I still have a long way to go in my health journey, but am here to help navigate and guide patients through their health challenges and health goals..

"A slip on the snowy sidewalk in the winter is a small thing.

It happens to millions.

A fall from a ladder in the summer is a small thing.

It also happens to millions.

The slip or a fall produces a subluxation.

The subluxation is a small thing.

The subluxation produces pressure on a nerve.

That pressure is a small thing. That decreased flowing produces a diseased body and brain.

That is a big thing to that man."
