My journey of health began in my teenage years. Through my own health challenges, I have learned how our habits and routines are vital for our wellbeing.

Being a multi-passionate person, I earned my certification in interior design and my medical assistant certification in 2020. I have always known I wanted to be more involved with people's health and well being.

As a medical assistant, I saw a need to help people on a deeper level.  People were not getting well with the current medical model.  I knew that there was a more holistic and functional approach available for patients.

In early 2022, I felt like I needed a shift in my own life and health. I enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) to become a health coach.

My mother, grandmother, Dr. Clark, and others have taught me how our bodies can heal ourselves through a variety of different tools and resources available.

For a long time, I thought health was just about eating the right food and doing the right exercise. In the past 3 years, I learned health is so much more than that. Health is about relationships, environments, self care, movement, food, spiritual, and emotional well being. Health is the small habits we create in our lives that keep us grounded and help us navigate our everyday lives.

I still have a long way to go in my health journey. Through all areas of health and wellness, I am here to guide people in pursuing what health and wellness is to them and how to achieve their goals.

One of my favorite health quotes is:

To Keep the Body in a Healthy Condition, in order that all parts of the living machinery may act harmoniously, should be the Study of our Life.

-Ellen G White

My goal as a Health Coach is to help others navigate the process of studying their own lives and health challenges.

"A slip on the snowy sidewalk in the winter is a small thing.

It happens to millions.

A fall from a ladder in the summer is a small thing.

It also happens to millions.

The slip or a fall produces a subluxation.

The subluxation is a small thing.

The subluxation produces pressure on a nerve.

That pressure is a small thing. That decreased flowing produces a diseased body and brain.

That is a big thing to that man."
